  • The Signature Site is a 2-week project. We kick off on a Monday and wrap up on a Friday, giving you a clear timeline for your new site.

  • You'll have some homework before we start. I'll invite you to your client portal, where you'll upload your branding, photos, website copy, and any other project-specific materials. Remember, all homework is due before the project start date to avoid delays and rescheduling fees.

  • No. My focus is on designing the look and feel of your website. For the words (the copy), I recommend working with a professional copywriter. I have a few I regularly collaborate with that I can send your way.

    If hiring a copywriter isn’t in the cards right now, no worries — The Signature Site includes a detailed copywriting template to help you DIY your words with confidence.

  • After our in-depth initial strategy meeting, you'll have access to live chat with me in your client portal, along with two revision rounds. This process ensures you'll LOVE your final website.

  • While the initial stages require some time investment, once the project begins, I handle the heavy lifting. Plus, you'll say goodbye to constant tweaking and late-night updates, actually saving you time in the long run.

  • While I don't offer time-bound payment plans, your package is split into 3 payments: 33% due at booking, 33% due at or before project kickoff, and 33% due on or before the last day of the project. This structure provides clear milestones and spaces out payments throughout your project.

  • No way. My goal is to set you up for success. You'll have 14 days of post-launch support to get comfortable with your website, plus permanent access to your tutorials.

  • The Signature Site includes 14 days of post-launch support. You'll have access to me for direct communication, and I'll provide any additional tutorials you might need.
